Tignes forms one half of Espace Killy with Val d'Isère, spanning five villages across four sectors. No verifiable standalone piste-km figure for Tignes alone exists — only the combined Tignes–Val d'Isère total of around 300 km is consistently published, so that figure is not stated here as Tignes' own.

Tignes does have one genuine reversible cable car, the Téléphérique de la Grande Motte, reaching 3,456 m on the glacier — one of the highest points served by lift in the French Alps, and the only cable car in the world with an outdoor viewing platform.

True cable cars (aerial tramways)

Gondolas and chairlifts are listed above under Notable lifts. These are specifically two-station reversible aerial tramways — a distinct lift type.

What the sources say

Every note below is drawn from the resort's own or an independent official publication.

No official standalone piste-km total for Tignes alone was found; only the combined Tignes–Val d'Isère figure (~300 km) is consistently published, so piste_km_total is left null rather than reporting the combined figure as Tignes' own.
Lift count (39) for Tignes alone comes from a single aggregator source and is lower-confidence than the well-corroborated combined figures.
