Who is responsible

What data we process

The site has no user accounts, comments, newsletter or contact forms. We only process the technical data your browser sends when it requests a page (IP address, date and time, requested page, browser and device type). This is kept in server logs for security and fault diagnosis, for a limited period, and is not used to identify you.

Legal basis and purpose

We process these technical data under our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and working (GDPR, Article 6(1)(f)). Strictly necessary cookies need no consent; see our Cookie Policy for the details.

Maps and external content

The resorts map page loads the Leaflet library from unpkg.com and map tiles from OpenStreetMap. When you open that page, your browser connects to those services and they receive your IP address. We load no advertising or social-media widgets.

Sharing and transfers

We do not sell your data. Our hosting provider and infrastructure suppliers process the logs on our behalf under contract. We do not knowingly transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area for our own purposes.

Your rights

You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing by writing to geral@skywingsdigital.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority, the CNPD.
