Breuil-Cervinia is the Italian side of the Matterhorn/Cervino ski area, linking via Plateau Rosa across the high-altitude border to Zermatt, Switzerland. It sits within a combined cross-border network genuinely shared between the two countries — sources disagree even on the combined total (roughly 320–350 km), and no reliable Breuil-Cervinia-only figure exists, so no piste-km total is stated here.

The base-to-mid-mountain lifts on the Italian side include two true reversible cable cars; the actual crossing into Switzerland runs on gondola-type lifts, not cable cars.

True cable cars (aerial tramways)

Gondolas and chairlifts are listed above under Notable lifts. These are specifically two-station reversible aerial tramways — a distinct lift type.

What the sources say

Every note below is drawn from the resort's own or an independent official publication.

Could not verify a Breuil-Cervinia-only piste km / lift count separate from the combined cross-border network with Zermatt — even the combined total is disputed between sources (322 km vs ~352 km) — so all numeric piste/lift fields are left null.
A €200m project (3S gondolas) is planned to replace part of this lift system by around 2029-2030 — current figures may change.
Childcare and night skiing could not be positively confirmed and are not claimed.
