1850–3456 m

Village/base altitude of 1850 m is widely and consistently cited (town hall site valdisere.fr, multiple independent guides). Some secondary sources give 1785 m or 1830 m — these appear to be rounding/measurement-point differences (e.g. lowest building vs. main square); 1850 m is the figure most consistently used by official and quasi-official sources.
Summit altitude: sources disagree depending on whether Val d'Isère is considered alone or as part of Espace Killy. Val d'Isère's own high point (Col de l'Iseran/Pissaillas glacier area) is around 3300 m, while the shared Espace Killy high point at Grande Motte (Tignes side) reaches 3456 m; other sources round this to 3455 m or cite 3599/3600 m for a different reference point. Because Val d'Isère lift passengers can ski to/from Grande Motte via the interconnected pass, 3456 m is used as the effective summit, but this is a domain-wide (not Val-d'Isère-only) high point and should be understood as such.
Piste length: 'Val d'Isère' itself is sometimes quoted at 'up to 300 km' but multiple checks showed this figure is actually the combined Espace Killy (Val d'Isère + Tignes) total, not Val d'Isère alone — the official valdisere.ski 'ski area' page explicitly presents its stats (300 km, 71 lifts) as the combined Tignes-Val d'Isère domain. A standalone Val d'Isère-only figure of ~146 km / 47 lifts appeared in one aggregator (Cimalpes) and ~150 km/41-42 lifts in others, but these did not cross-verify closely enough (146 vs 150+ km spread, and no official standalone-only source) to publish with confidence, so left null.
Piste difficulty breakdown: figures found (e.g. '22 green, 61-68 blue, 39-46 red, 25-26 black') varied between sources and it was unclear whether they described Val d'Isère alone or the combined Espace Killy, so left null rather than publish an unverified breakdown.
Lift count: similarly conflated between Val d'Isère alone (41 or 42, per different sources) and combined Espace Killy (71-88, per different sources) with no clean two-source agreement on either scope, so left null.
Nearest town: Val d'Isère is itself the resort/commune, so left null.
Phone number discrepancy found: the official site's own contact page gives +33 (0)4 79 06 06 60, while a third-party regional tourism listing (auvergnerhonealpes-tourisme.com) gives +33 (0)4 79 06 74 32. Used the official site's own number.
Lift capacities (Solaise 10-person cabins, Bellevarde Express/Manchet Express/Village 4-person chairs) were sourced from independent ski-lift databases (skiresort.info, skiresort.com), not directly stated on valdisere.com; Olympique's 30-person capacity was cross-confirmed by two independent sources.
Official valdisere.com equipment-rental page lists ~12 partner shops by name but individual shop URLs were not retrievable from that fetch; only Intersport Mattis's own site URL was independently found and verified.
Considered adding 'night toboggan descents' as an amenity but could not verify it on the official valdisere.com site directly, so it was left out rather than included on thin sourcing.
Did not find a distinct night-skiing piste claim on official sources, so it was omitted rather than assumed.
